Etching and drypoint, 1879-80, Glasgow's 8th state of 9, from the First Venice Set, on laid paper, framed The print is in generally good condition apart from lacking the signature tab and a 1 inch repaired tear in the upper right corner with associated spots of discolored adhesive. The sheet with faint, uneven discoloration, visible primarily on the verso, and an occasional small fox mark. A thinned spot in the water at lower left near the plate mark, breaking very slightly through. (The corners slightly softened.) The lot is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale.
